Mailed entry must be postmarked by the deadline posted elsewhere on this website & received within 7 days thereafter.

DREAM COME TRUE GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: You have not yet won. No purchase necessary to enter or win. One Grand Prize guaranteed to be awarded from a variety of merchandise items such as automobiles, vacations, electronics, etc. Winners may select any prize offered at grand prize level. Values of prizes offered will be approximately the same. Approximate retail value (ARV): $27,000 or $25,000 cash. Estimated odds of winning: 1:7,100,000. If automobile prize is chosen by winner, winner must be a licensed driver at the time of awarding, and the winner is solely responsible for costs associated with registration, title, license, taxes, insurance fees and any other options not expressly included. Sweepstakes registered by Ventura Associates, Inc., 1040 6th Ave., NY, NY 10018 & may be presented in different creative presentations by different organizations. Entry must be received by date specified elsewhere in offer or by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 1/15/03, whichever is sooner.

FOR ANY TRAVEL PRIZE: Any travel companion(s) will be required to sign a release of liability. Trip dates subject to availability; travel must be completed within 12 months of award. Any winner will be notified in writing within 2 weeks of selection. Winner may be required (at discretion of judges) to sign & return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, & where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 14 days of date on notification. Acceptance of a prize by a minor will require execution by parent or legal guardian of required documentation. Costs for goods or services not specified are winner’s responsibility. No substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to unavailability. Except where prohibited by law, winners consent to use of their names, hometowns, prizes won & likenesses for promotional purposes on behalf of all presenters without additional compensation. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial & local laws & regulations apply. Prize values in U. S. currency. No transfer or assignment of prize permitted. Winner selection executed at 1040 6th Ave., NY, NY 10018. Ventura Associates, the independent judging organization, has provided all prizes at no charge. Presenting organizations reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted. Employees of presenting organizations, sweepstakes judges, their respective advertising & promotion agencies & any other person or organization directly involved with the promotion & their respective immediate families & household members are ineligible.

Canadian residents, to win, must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question administered by mail. Any litigation regarding the conduct & awarding of a prize in this publicity contest by a resident of the province of Quebec may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.

Box 5560, Ellenton, FL 34222-5005. All mail-in entries must be received by 1/15/03. Each postcard must be mailed separately.

Buying Won't Help You Win. Your chances of winning without a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who buys something.

Entry Deadline/Sweepstakes Closing Date. To be eligible to win each prize offered in this Sweepstakes your entry must be received by the applicable Entry Deadline stated, your entry must be received by the Final Sweepstakes Closing Date of 1/15/03. Your prompt response is always encouraged.
