Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 1/27/04. To enter electronically, follow the directions on the screen. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) by 3/09/04. To enter by mail, write your name, address, e-mail address, and daytime phone number on a postcard or piece of paper and mail via regular U.S. Mail to: Southern Accents Sweepstakes, PO BOX 9211, Medford, NY 11763-9211. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 3/9/04 and received by 3/16/04. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an on-line entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. The Sponsor (Southern Progress Corporation) is not responsible for any injury or damages to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or late, lost, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mail or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Prize winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Ventura Associates Inc, whose decisions are final and binding. Random drawing conducted on or about 4/9/04. Prize winner will receive a

$500.00 Gift Certificate to Horchow Catalog (ARV of prize: $500.00). No substitution or transfer of prize, except at the discretion of Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability. Gift Certificate is not redeemable for cash. Please keep gift certificate in a secure place. It will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Gift certificate expires if not used by date specified on certificate, if any. Please follow all redemption instructions as indicated on gift certificate. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents including Ventura Associates, Inc., from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or use of prize won. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or 2nd day Overnight Carrier. If winner cannot be located at e-mail and/or home address provided, s/he will forfeit prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random from all non-winning eligible entries. Winner will be required to sign and return an Address Verification document and a Publicity Release within 10 days from notification date. By acceptance of prize, winner consent to use of name, address, prize won and/or photograph for online posting and publicity purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC age 18 or older. Sweepstakes governed by US law. Employees of Southern Progress Corp., Ventura Associates and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers and the families of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

To request the winner's name, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by 3/9/04 to Southern Accents Sweepstakes Winner, PO BOX 9150, Medford, NY 11763-9150. Or, winner's name will be posted on our web site on or about 4/23/04.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, by entering this promotion, you understand and agree that you may receive future promotional or advertising materials from the Sponsor. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the sweepstakes. In the event the sweepstakes is in the opinion of the Sponsor, compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the sweepstakes and select winner from all eligible entries received prior to suspension/termination.

You Have Not Yet Won. All entries have the same chance of winning. No one will know who the winner is until after the Sweepstakes ends.

Entry Is Free. You don't have to buy anything to enter. Just follow the instructions on the order form on how to enter for free. You will be entered for each prize offered in this mailing.

Enter As Often As You Like. You don't have to wait for us to mail you an entry form. You may submit additional entries by a postcard with your name and address to: Southern Accents Sweepstakes, PO BOX 9211, Medford, NY 11763-9211. All mail-in entries must be received by 3/16/04. Each postcard must be mailed separately.

Buying Won't Help You Win. Your chances of winning without a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who buys something.

Entry Deadline/Sweepstakes Closing Date. To be eligible to win each prize offered in this Sweepstakes your entry must be received by the applicable Entry Deadline stated in this package. If there is no Entry Deadline date, your entry must be received by the Final Sweepstakes Closing Date of 3/9/04. Your prompt response is always encouraged.
