NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS


In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsors are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsors and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes they sponsor any person they believe have intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the sweepstakes), and to select the winners from among all eligible mail-in entries and all eligible online entries received prior to withdrawal.

The SI.com Baseball 2007 Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM on 3/21/07 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 4/2/07 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period").

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada, (except the province of Quebec), age 13 or older at time of entry. Void in the province of Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sports Illustrated, A Division of Time Inc. and Circuit City Stores, Inc. (the "Sponsors"), their parent companies subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local and provincial laws and regulations.

The Promotion Period consists of thirteen (13) days. There will be a random drawing held for each day of the Promotion Period to award one (1) Grand Prize and twenty (20) Second Prizes per daily drawing. There are two ways to enter: Method #1: To enter online to be eligible for a daily drawing, visit www.si.com/baseball2007 on any given day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and follow all instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Your online entry must be received between 12:01 AM ET and 11:59 PM ET ("Daily Entry Period") on any given day within the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Online entries will only be valid for the daily drawing for the day your online entry was received and will not be entered into subsequent daily drawings, if any. If a sufficient number of entries are not received on a given day, the following day's entries will be used to award the previous day's prizes, providing that a sufficient number of entries are received for that day. This process will be repeated until all daily drawing prizes are awarded. If a sufficient number of entries are not received on the last day of the Sweepstakes Entry Period, then the prizes for that day will be awarded from among all eligible daily drawing entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Method #2: To enter via U.S. mail, hand print your name and address on a postcard and mail to: SI.com Baseball 2007 Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9280, Medford, NY 11763-9280. Each postcard entry must be mailed separately. Mail-in Entries will be eligible for the drawing for the day it is postmarked by as long as it is received by 7 days thereafter. Mail-in entries will be entered into the daily drawing that corresponds to the postmark date on the mail-in entry (e.g., if your mail-in entry is has a postmarked date of 3/21/07, it will be entered into the daily drawing for 3/21/07). Your mail-in entry will only be valid for the daily drawing for the day your entry was postmarked and will not be entered into subsequent daily drawings, if any. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or postage due mail/entries. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced, altered or incomplete entries will be accepted. All entries, regardless of entry method, become the Sponsors' property and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Prizes/Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Daily Prizes: Thirteen (13) Grand Prizes: One (1) 42" HDTV will be awarded each day of the Sweepstakes Entry Period (ARV: $1,500 each). 260 Second Prizes: Twenty (20) Baseball Books will be awarded each day of the Sweepstakes Entry Period (ARV: $29.95 each). ARV of each daily prize drawing is: $2,099.00. Maximum retail value of all prizes $27,287.00. Odds of winning a Grand Prize are estimated at 1:12,500. Odds of winning a Second Prize are estimated at 1:625. However, the actual odds of winning any prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for a given daily drawing. Limit: one prize per household. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsors and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any prize except that each prize shall be subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty.

Winners will be selected in a random drawings from all eligible entries received for each daily drawing. Each daily random drawing will be conducted within approximately 10 days after each given daily entry period under supervision of an independent judging organization ("judges") at the offices of the judges, located at 1040 6th Avenue, New York, NY. Judges' decisions are final. Winners will be notified by mail and may be required to complete and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and where permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"), within 10 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive a prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing for that specific day. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the corresponding prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute required document on minor's behalf. Any Canadian winner will also be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question in order to receive prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable except to a surviving spouse. No substitutions are permitted except Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value in case of unavailability. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, sales, provincial and income taxes associated with winning prize. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winners' sole responsibility. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days after winner verification and confirmation. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsors, and release the Sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.
